How do I change a team member's role in the CRM?

Update a team member's permission set within your CRM account settings.

  1. Login to your CRM

  2. In the top right-hand corner, select the Profile Icon

  3. Under Settings, select Company Settings

  4. In the top tab panel, select Team Members

  5. From the list of team members, select the team member you would like to update

  6. Scroll down then select permission set you would like to give them

  7. Select Save Changes
