CRM Training Attendance Policy

Learn about scheduling requirements, training credits, and how to keep your sessions free.

Overview

Effective April 27, 2026, the CRM has introduced a Training Attendance Policy to ensure every session is productive and our Support Team is always prepared for you.


Scheduling & Cancellation

All changes to scheduled sessions must be made with at least 2 full business days' notice through the CRM Support chat.

  • Canceling a Saturday session for Monday does not qualify

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays


Training Credits by Contractor Type

Standard Contractors

  • Receive 2 free training sessions

  • No-shows and late reschedules count against your credits

  • More than 3 total reschedules may trigger an account review

Preferred Contractors

  • No-shows and late reschedules may affect your Preferred status

  • 2 consecutive no-shows or 3 consecutive late reschedules moves your account to paid training

All Contractors

  • Additional sessions beyond free credits are billed at $100/hour


How to Keep Training Free

Complete at least one of the following each week:

  • Submit 1 or more purchase orders through the CRM, or

  • Send 1 complete estimate with a US Bank Financing offer through the CRM
